How to use: There are 6 pairs in the package. Remove 1 piece from the package, each pair comes attached together. Simply peel the pieces apart to reveal a left and right foot. Insert each insole into the shoe with the anti-slip dotted side down. The blue and white print faces up; the foot rests on this side.
When to replace? As the insole gets dirty or if it starts to appear worn, carefully peel it from the shoe, dispose of it and insert a fresh pair! Ultimate freshness can be achieved with regular replacement, as it will absorb perspiration over time.
